You must follow all terms of service listed below or you will face immediate termination or restrictions.
Short version: Agree to all TOS or don't use our service, don't do anything illegal, don't torrent anything that isn't a Linux distro, don't abuse the service, and don't do anything else that you don't think you should do.
You should read all the TOS anyway though.
➤ You MAY NOT perform any illegal actions of ANY kind on our VPS/VDS.
➤ You MAY NOT give public access to your VPS/VDS.
➤ You MAY NOT mine any cryptocurrency on your VPS/VDS.
➤ You MAY NOT host an email server (SPTP/POP/IMAP) on your VPS/VDS.
➤ You MAY NOT torrent (upload or download), host torrents, host seedboxes, or do anything related to torrents unless the torrent is a Linux distribution. If unsure, ask on Discord!
➤ You MAY NOT use your VPS/VDS to circumvent or bypass laws or rules in your country.
➤ You MAY NOT use your VPS/VDS as an anonymous system to access, communicate, perform any unlawful actions, or send personally sensitive content to others. (Example: Do not message people on social media threats, claims of breaking laws, do not run botnets, etc.) We comply with all laws and authorities to access information in such cases.
➤ You MAY NOT host, create, transmit, or reproduce any content that could damage or cause risk to our business, reputation, employees, subscribers, facilities, or to any person.
➤ You MAY NOT rent, lease, loan, sell, resell, sublicense, distribute or otherwise transfer the Service without our prior written authorization.
➤ You MAY NOT remove, circumvent, disable, damage or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Service or features that enforce limitations on the use of the Service.
➤ You MAY NOT intentionally interfere with or damage operation of the Service, by any means, including uploading or otherwise disseminating on the Internet spam, viruses, adware, spyware, worms, or other malicious code.
➤ You MAY NOT use the service to compromise security of, or to obtain (or try to obtain) unauthorized access to any device or system in the Internet (such attempts include port scans).
➤ You MAY NOT use the service with the direct or indirect purpose of inciting, aiding or abetting enforcement of copyright through means of any data collection and/or retention and/or any privacy violation.
➤ You agree to indemnify, save, and hold ELECTROHAXZ Hosting, its affiliated companies, contractors, employees, agents and its third-party suppliers, licensors, and partners harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees and expenses, arising out of your misuse of the service, any violation by you of this Agreement, or any breach of the representations, warranties, and covenants made by you herein. ELECTROHAXZ Hosting reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which You are required to indemnify ELECTROHAXZ Hosting, and you agree to cooperate with ELECTROHAXZ Hosting's defense of these claims. ELECTROHAXZ Hosting will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim, action, or proceeding upon becoming aware of it.

➤ ELECTROHAXZ Hosting reserves the right to terminate, suspend or otherwise restrict your access to this site, or any associated tool or services, with or without notice at any time for any reason whatsoever including, but not limited to, bypassing tier limitations, using ELECTROHAXZ Hosting for unlawful purposes, sharing your VPS/VDS account with multiple people without permission, violation of these Terms of Use or any inappropriate or unlawful behavior on your part. In addition, ELECTROHAXZ Hosting reserves the right to modify or discontinue this site and all related services or any portion hereof at any time with or without notice. ELECTROHAXZ Hosting shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such termination, suspension, restriction, modification or discontinuance.
