Themes for your VPS hosted by ELECTROHAXZ! Download and extract (unrar x {filename}.rar) your theme , then move it to /usr/share/icewm/themes and apply from the menu.
You can also set a background by setting DesktopBackgroundImage in /usr/share/icewm/preferences to the path of your image.
